This isn't a recording. The guide talks with you live: ask why this building looks so odd, ask for the short version, or steer the conversation elsewhere — it answers right away, like a person beside you.
Your first conversation doesn't use minutes.
Up to six people listen to one guide at the same time: no crowd, no loudspeaker, each from their own phone and their own earphones. Minutes are used only by the person who started the guide and created the group.
Turn on location and the guide shows what’s worth seeing around you, on a map. Tap a place right on the map and the story starts about that very spot. Recorded tours have the map too, so you always see what’s being described.
An audio guide app that runs in the browser
Destino is an audio guide app with nothing to install: it opens as a page in the browser on iPhone and Android, and works the same on a laptop. You choose a city, and the guide talks about what's around you in your language.
It's a self-guided audio tour, but with a guide you can talk to: stop the story, ask a question by voice, get an answer and go on. There is no schedule — you set the pace and the route. And if you're travelling together, one account is enough for a group tour: up to six people listen to the same live guide, each from their own phone, and only the person who created the group uses minutes.

The interface comes in eight languages, the narration in twenty-two: tours, the live guide and bedtime tales also speak Polish, Turkish, Romanian, Dutch, Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian and Hebrew. You choose the narration language separately from the interface language.
